Beside Still Waters is a ministry that provides a place for retreat, restoration and refocus. We are located on Anna Maria Island one hour south of Tampa, Florida. We provide a furnished condo with pool and quick access to the beach for Christian ministry workers. The ministry is offered to God's servants defined as pastors, staff, missionaries, bishops, elders, etc. The ministry is provided free of charge to those who qualify. Use of the condo is available to wounded servants who have gone through a major problem involving their ministry, for a retreat as a preventative measure to servants, for a time of rest prayer and direction.

Brewster Rest Haven

There are two facilities (the lodge is a 6-bedroom home for up to 12, cottage which sleeps 4) in Maui, Hawaii. Both are extremely nice. One is about a mile from the beach, and the other is on the beach. You must write as far in advance as possible!

Use church stationery; include 2-3 possible dates, how many in your family will be coming, and a self-addressed, stamped envelope. First time guest may apply up to one year in advance; returning guests may apply up to 8 months in advance. First-come, first-serve basis. It is the intent of BRH to allow pastors and missionaries who have never been to the facilities to have first choice ahead of any who have been before. A scheduling fee of $100 will be charged for each person to confirm your reservation. The owner wants to work with each individual personally.

Cedar Creek is a quiet retreat area located 60 miles southwest of the Greater Chicagoland on 112 acres near Norway, Illinois. Owned and operated by the Illinois District Council of the Assemblies of God, Cedar Creek is the perfect place for "time away in the great outdoors" in a rustic setting. There are 14 efficiency cabins, each with private bath and queen beds, a cozy sitting room with a full-size sofa sleeper, and a kitchenette. Five dormitory-style rooms are also available with 10 bunk-beds each. Stroll along trails in the woods or along the creek; cast a line. Ask about our outdoor pool and miniature golf facilities.

Meals can be prepared for families in the cabins or may be pre-arranged at the Dining Hall (meals are not included in the 20% discount). Cedar Creek may be unavailable if reserved for exclusive groups.

Eagles Nest Retreat is located in the heart of breathtaking Ouray, Colorado. Fairhaven Ministries is located in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Tennessee. Individual chalets, cottages, or a lodge are available. Fairhaven Ministries is a non-denominational charitable society committed to providing a place and ministry where Christian leaders can be encouraged, supported and restored physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Fairhaven is centered in and around the city of Vernon, British Columbia in the Okanagan Valley, known for its lakes, orchards, and tourism. King's Ranch is located on 150 acres in the rolling hills of southeast Indiana, halfway between Indianapolis, IN and Cincinnati, OH. Each cabin has a living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom on main level, two bedrooms, and a loft for office/sleeping. With a sleeper sofa in the living room, the cabins sleep up to eight guests. Linens are furnished, kitchens are full equipped. The individual cabins have no TV or phones.

No pets or smoking.

Guests have time to relax, read and communicate with each other and our Lord. There is a fishing pond, inground swimming pool, hot tub, gazebo and decks, and golf cart for exploring the acreage. Owned and operated by the Illinois District Council of the Assemblies of God, Lake Williamson desires to serve the Christian community by providing a year-round center for education, spiritual renewal, relaxation, and recreation through retreats, seminars, conferences, and camps in a Christ-centered resort atmosphere.

Willianson Lodge has 127 air-conditioned, motel-style rooms with TV, phones, linens, and daily housekeeping.

Parkside Lodge, Clark Hall, and Lakeside Center offer dormitory-style rooms which sleep up to 10 people; linens are not provided. Meals can be pre-arranged at the Dining Hall if groups are being served (meals not included in the 20% discount). Restaurants are available in the Carlinville/Gillespie/Litchfield area.

Lodging rate includes use of the activities center (when available) including gyms, indoor swimming, weight room, racquetball/wallyball courts, and more. Beachfront and outdoor pools are available for an additional fee (weekends Memorial Day-Labor Day). Marble Retreat

Interdenominational psychotherapy center serving ministers in crisis, helping to bring healing and restore hope to those in vocational Christian ministry. Lodging is provided in a cozy mountain lodge with pampering amenities. All meals are prepared and served family-style by our on-site host couple. Guests arrive Sunday afternoon and depart at noon the second Friday.

MRC "Mercy" is a retreat center especially prepared with ministry personnel in mind. Our Retreat House is a versatile home-away-from-home, fully furnished, air conditioned, and stocked with basic food staples, books, and games. All four units have full baths, kitchens, and balconies. All units may be used at once for large families, family reunions, boards, small retreats, etc. Arrangements can be made for sabbaticals or for issionaries who need a longer stay. The Retreat House is set in a wooded hillside on 53 acres near the Wisconsin River. We are located near Prairie du Chien, with its parks, historical sites, antique and craft shops, golf, swimming, boating and fishing. The retreat is located in a private, picturesque setting in the mountains 13 miles south of Bozeman. The guesthouses are modern, private, and completely furnished to make your stay comfortable while allowing unhurried time for rest and renewal. They are set in a mountainside meadow surrounded by huge firs, pine, and aspen. The view of the Cottonwood Canyon and the surrounding mountains is spectacular, and there are lots of opportunities for hiking. Places to see in this area include Yellowstone National Park and Lewis & Clark Caverns. Sabbatical House (Blackmore Mountain) for extended stays is available for clergy (brand new 1999.)

Oasis is a small group (maximum of 12 per retreat), five-day retreat sponsored by Campus Crusade for Christ, Canada. It is designed for those weary and/or wounded in church or missions ministry. Here, the spiritual, psychological, mental, physical and leadership needs of those in professional Christian ministry are understood and addressed. Teaching by qualified pastors, missionaries, and psychologists focuses on dealing with major pitfalls in life and ministry. Camp Hope is ideal for personal spiritual rejuvenation.
